This page explains how to permanently delete your Zavi Shorts account and associated personal data. Google Play users can use this URL for Data safety / account deletion disclosures.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (username, display name, bio, avatar, cover)
- Your videos, slideshows, and captions
- Your likes, comments, bookmarks, and follow relationships
- Account authentication records tied to your email
Some anonymized or aggregated analytics and security logs may be retained for a limited period where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance. Public content already shared by others (for example screenshots) is outside our control.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the same address registered to your Zavi Shorts account to support@zavishorts.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Zavi Shorts account.
- Include your username and confirm that you want permanent deletion.
We will verify ownership of the account and process deletion within 30 days of a verified request (often sooner). You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Before you delete
- Download or save any content you want to keep — deletion is permanent
- Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account or cloud data
